Solid hardwood, handmade jewelry box. This design has been improved and refined since the early 1990s, and has found happy homes throughout the world. With seven small drawers, it is roomy enough to accommodate decades of earrings, rings, and bracelet acquisitions.
Details include:
~mitered case construction with dovetail splines for strength
~dovetailed solid ash drawer interiors, each drawer individually fitted
~drawers are always consecutive cuts from the same board for consistency
~common species parts are always made from the same board(e.g., cherry case and cherry drawers will be from the same board)
~solid maple back
~adjustable solid ash dividers--individual lengths of the divider grid can be removed to create larger spaces
~cotton velvet drawer lining
~all interior parts sealed and finished
~finished with shellac and satin acrylic lacquer
